Civil Labourer / Machine Operators Required

Your new role
Depending on your skill set, you will be responsible for completing civil labouring duties, machine operating duties or operating 15-ton and 8-ton excavators on active civil construction sites in the Brisbane North region. Daily tasks include trenching, bulk earthworks, detailed digging, and site preparation. You’ll work closely with site supervisors and other team members to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role requires a strong understanding of machine capabilities and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven civil labouring experience
- Experience with civil machine operating (Desirable)
- Proven experience operating 15-ton and 8-ton excavators in a civil construction workplace (Desirable)
- Current Excavator ticket (RIIMPO320F or equivalent) (Desirable)
- Construction White Card
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and site protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transport and a good work ethic
- Flexibility to work across different sites and adapt to changing project needs
