The Role
The Facilities and Asset Manager oversees all trade and day-to-day maintenance operations across our hotels. This integral role protects our assets and is accountable for managing budgets, capital expenditure projects, ensuring preventative maintenance plans are in place, maintaining regulatory requirements, and leading emergency response efforts from the property perspective.
About You
We invite applications from individuals with relevant tertiary qualifications and proven expertise in collaboration, asset management, compliance, operations, and training to support the delivery of safe, efficient, and sustainable outcomes across our hotel portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects and coordinate vendor relationships.
* Lead technical staff, interpret technical documentation, develop maintenance strategies, produce detailed reports, and establish operational standards.
* Develop and implement effective maintenance planning and execution processes using systems such as Direct Digital Controls (DDC), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
