Enterprise Analytics Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a senior business analyst, where you will be responsible for analyzing data about enterprise customers and translating it into actionable insights. Your passion for building analytics from scratch, prototyping tools, and working cross-functionally to simplify systems will make a significant impact on our customer experience and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct in-depth analyses of customer data, identifying issues and opportunities that impact our customers, and provide quantifiable recommendations for improvement.
* Develop and maintain department-level metrics and dashboards that accurately quantify the health of our customer accounts and drive change.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to understand current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
* Create automation solutions that accelerate revenue growth, mitigate business risk, and increase efficiency within our Business Operations and across teams.
* Ensure data integrity, tool maintenance, and reporting quality.
* Train internal users, external technical teams, and leaders on dashboard, API, and tool usage, and assist in troubleshooting.
* Improve data capture for future Account Management use cases, including collaborating with software development teams on table structure.
* Support new market launches, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
">
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, supply chain, management information systems, computer science, engineering, or economics.
* 5+ years of professional experience in reporting and analytics within customer operations, manufacturing, quality, human resources, purchasing, operations, cost accounting, supply chain management, or consulting.
* 3+ years of experience building datasets to create and manage dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
* 3+ years of experience in at least one analytics language (e.g., Python, R).
* 1+ year of experience leading projects.
