What We're Looking For:Experience with Dyslexia: We need a tutor with proven experience in working with children with dyslexia, using specialised techniques and strategies to help them succeed.Tailored Teaching Methods: We are looking for someone who can create a personalised learning plan that addresses our child's unique strengths and challenges.Patience and Encouragement: It's important that the tutor is patient, understanding, and able to foster a supportive environment where our child feels encouraged to learn and improve.Focus on Literacy Skills: We would like to focus on improving reading, writing, and spelling skills, using multi-sensory teaching methods and other effective dyslexia strategies.Flexible and Engaging Sessions: We're looking for someone who can adapt to our child's learning pace, making lessons engaging and fun while ensuring real progress.This tutor role involves:planning lessons and resources around the student's needs.
