Accor Hotels Operations Manager
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our hotel. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this key position oversees all aspects of hotel operations.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day hotel operations to ensure efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of department heads and staff members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Maintain exceptional service standards across all departments, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
* Monitor and manage operational budgets, controlling costs and improving profitability through strategic planning and resource optimization.
* Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures to meet company standards and local regulations.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute operational strategies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, focusing on operational efficiency.
* In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to make quick, effective decisions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
* Strong understanding of guest service and satisfaction.
* Flexibility, proactivity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
