Job Description
Colliers Residential is seeking a Director of Residential to join our Newcastle office. We look to appoint a seasoned development site sales and project/land marketing professional that has expertise in strategy development, winning new business, client engagement and team leadership.
You will lead each division including development site sales, project/land marketing and general agency, alongside a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to achieving outstanding sales targets and delivering exceptional results. You will thrive with exposure to top-tier developers, architects and marketing professionals.
The Opportunity
* Play a key role in the NSW Residential Leadership team to develop and implement the Newcastle Residential Business Plan.
* Collaborate to develop and execute the New Business Strategy, including expanding client base and increasing market share.
* Oversee land and apartment projects, providing high level strategic project direction and client management, including pitching, listing and winning land & apartment projects.
* Assist in implementing the annual Client Engagement Plan.
* Recruit and lead a team of residential project marketing professionals to list, sell & manage residential developments.
Qualifications
* 10+ years in property
* NSW Real Estate Licence
* Excellent Knowledge of Newcastle property market and/or off the plan project sales
* Strong understanding of the sales and contract administration process
* Lead a residential sales team previously
* Availability to work occasional weekends for project launches etc.
