Full Time / Ongoing Starting from $100,490 + Superannuation

We put our community at the heart of everything we do – and now, we're looking for a skilled property professional to help manage Council land and property for maximum community benefit.

About The Role

Working closely with the Manager – Property, you'll play a key role in coordinating approvals, managing land and property transactions, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting daily operations to keep the team running smoothly.

What You'll Do
* Coordinate land authorisations, transactions, and approvals.
* Negotiate and liaise with property owners, consultants, and stakeholders.
* Support public consultation and prepare correspondence for internal and external audiences.
* Handle tasks across leasing, permits, licences, land acquisition/disposal, easements, and asset naming.

What We're Looking For
* Relevant qualifications in property or land management, or equivalent experience.
* Strong knowledge of land administration and Local Government Act requirements.
* Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented.
* Valid driver's licence.
