Responsibilities
* Lead and develop high-performing sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets
* Support daily operations at display homes and drive customer engagement through effective communication and stakeholder management
* Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and align execution
* Provide regular performance insights and reports to senior leadership
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in residential sales with a proven track record of success
* Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Confidence using CRM systems and interpreting sales performance data
