Job Description We are looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our Service Department team.
Based at our Rockingham Operations,the role demands agreat amount of flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to help and support customers.
You'll be a real team player who thrives being in an open team environmentWhat you will do:Customer Support: Assist customers in system start-ups and shutdowns over the phoneDiagnosing faults over the phone - utilising monitoring portalsData Analysis: Analyse portal data to identify faults or production issues and prepare detailed reports for customers.Booking appointments for technicians and managing their schedules/commitments and mapping efficient runsAccess Management: Provide and manage access to portals for customers and authorised third parties.Energy Provider and Connectivity Support: Identify and address grid voltage reduction issues by liaising with energy providers and Support customers during network provider changes and address faulty connectivity accessories.Training and Documentation: assist in creation of process documentation, workflows and How-to guides for customers.
Desired Skills and Experience What Experience is required:Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.Strong customer service experience and skillsProficient in MS office and strong general computer literacyTechnically inclined, with a solid understanding of IT systems and a passion for keeping up to date with relevant products and technologyAbility to troubleshoot connectivity issues.Ability to interpret data and explain it clearly to customersExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills,Ability to manage conflicting tasks, use initiative and work well under pressure,Self-motivated with a professional and friendly approach,Strong communication skills for dealing with customers, third party manufacturers and colleagues.RequirementsDrivers LicenceSuccessful applicants will hold a current police clearance or be able to provide one within one month of commencing employment; andThe position is open to Australian citizens &/or persons that have a legal, valid right to work in Australia.CultureSolargain is a 100% Australian owned business.
