What you will do
* Welcome buyers into the display home and build rapport quickly
* Match them with the right home and land options
* Walk them through designs, budgets and the build journey
* Manage your pipeline through an organised CRM system
* Maintain a professional, approachable and service-driven approach

* Strong understanding of SEQ land estates and how to site a home
