The Role
One Key Resources are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Admin to join our Clients team based in Bowen, QLD. The client is a well respected Engineering company who deliver installation, maintenance & fabrication services to clients across several industries.
Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
Payroll processing and support
Retail reconciliations including float, till, and EFTPOS balancing
On-boarding and off-boarding of employees
Apprentice coordination and communication with training organisations
Compliance administration, including induction and training portals
Leave and attendance management
Experience supervising a small team (1–3 direct reports)
Experience Required
1 -2 years experience within a high volume accounts payable function
SAP Accounts Payable experience - highly advantageous
Basic accounting skills
Experience working in heavy industries
Motivated and driven
