This is a dynamic and varied role that provides administrative support to our clients and employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have:
 * a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative position;
 * excellent written and verbal communication skills;
 * intermediate computer and Microsoft Excel skills;
 * the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
 * outstanding professionalism and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide administrative support to clients and employees;
 * Process orders and manage data entry;
 * Act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls;
 * Welcome and assist visitors as required;
 * Manage email communication;
 * Support freight forwarders and employees with export documentation.
