Key Responsibilities
* Leading, coaching and motivating a multi‐skilled team in a trade‐driven store environment
* Being hands‐on on the floor, supporting staff and customers throughout the day
* Overseeing daily store operations including stock flow, merchandising and trade order fulfilment
* Coordinating and managing deliveries, logistics and supplier interactions
* Ensuring strong product knowledge across the team to support trade and builder customers
* Driving operational efficiency, safety standards and sales performance
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors and volume trade customers
* Working closely with ownership and leadership to deliver business and operational goals
What We're Looking For
* A hands‐on, operational leader who leads by example
* Strong understanding of trade customers, products and supply flow
* Experience coordinating deliveries, stock movement and daily logistics
* Proven ability to motivate, develop and hold teams accountable
* Background in hardware, trade, construction supply or big‐box retail (highly desirable)
* Organised, practical and solution‐focused with a strong work ethic
* Someone who enjoys being part of a tight‐knit, hard‐working team
