Role Overview
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Employment and Enterprises, the Head of Quality, Claims and Compliance oversees all contract and compliance activities for embarc. This senior leadership role requires exceptional analytical skills and extensive experience in translating industry standards and legislative requirements into practical business processes and procedures. Your business acumen and strategic outlook will support the financial viability, growth, and continued success of embarc.
Key Responsibilities
1. Preparing and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and growth opportunities.
2. Managing all service delivery requirements related to outcome performance for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA).
3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with state and federal governments.
4. Ensuring accurate and timely communication and documentation with relevant authorities.
5. Leading internal and external audits of IEA and social enterprises, ensuring sector-leading compliance.
6. Developing and implementing a governance framework to ensure consistent service delivery within IEA frameworks.
Candidate Profile
* Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, with experience in leading, developing, and motivating teams to achieve excellence.
* Extensive knowledge and experience in managing Disability Employment or Enterprise Services, including change management and quality improvement.
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to research, interpret information, and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
* Proven ability to develop positive stakeholder relationships and negotiate confidently to support organizational goals.
