Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to join our Digital Services team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for delivering key initiatives within our Customer Digital Platform to enhance systems and improve the overall customer experience.
You will manage aspects of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Billing systems project (CX Plus), as well as oversee upgrades to our phone system and stakeholder management system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while fostering clear and effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
* Maintain accurate documentation, ensure project billing aligns with financial plans, and monitor progress.
* Support engagement with consultants and vendors to deliver agreed project outcomes.
* Contribute to the planning and delivery of digital platform projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and a strong focus on customer experience.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in project management, business administration, digital platforms, or related disciplines.
* Industry certifications in project management such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile are highly desirable.
* Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of business and digital applications, utilising technology to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience in project management, procurement, and business case development.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage different user groups to implement improvements to systems and processes.
