About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic island setting. This role offers three days per week, providing a perfect balance between work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized patient care, including wound management, immunisations, health checks, and preventive services.
2. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive chronic disease management plans and wellness programs.
3. Deliver health education and guidance to empower patients in managing their health.
4. Foster strong relationships with patients and colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements:
1. Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in general practice or a similar clinical setting.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to patient care.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
