Additionally, you will be dealing with bringing in new customers front line - and creating, building and maintaining these vital relationships. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include o Developing new business relationships and driving the continued growth of our service division (e.g. breakdowns and installations) o Generating and negotiating new income streams to an agreed annual target o Identifying and proposing new service/product/business opportunities o Actively and successfully managing all new business sales processes - end to end. o Maintaining and growing existing sales further So, you get loads of variety and all sorts of daily challenges. The Person If you’re someone with a sales background in the mechanical, industrial or automotive industry, or someone who thrives on sales and bringing in new business opportunities then this role could be for you! Effective sales and negotiation skills will be imperative in this role! Ideally you will be an existing Sales Manager with similar experience in a service-based industry with hydraulic hose and fittings knowledge! To Succeed In This Role You Will Need o Sales Experience (Mandatory) o Exposure to Hose and Fittings OR Similar Industry Experience o Experience in using a CRM system o Solid Client management experience with a commercial focus o Ability to actively drive growth and find opportunities o High level of interpersonal and relationship building skills o Results focused with a high level of initiative The Company At Hydraulink we like to keep things moving, it's in our DNA.
