TBI Health supports new graduates by offering rotational positions, allowing them to gain exposure to all three core services before choosing a permanent area. This flexibility helps graduates explore different services and discover where their interests and future career paths lie. At TBI Health they work collaboratively with a Multi Disciplinarily Team (MDT) approach which can include Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dietitians, Vocational Consultants, Exercise consultants, Neurologists, Pain Specialist, Neuropsychologists, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and Speech-Language Therapists.

Training, development & rotations
