Operations Team Member

As an Operations Team Member, you will be responsible for:
* Managing sales orders and updating our internal systems accordingly.
* Packing and shipping customer orders efficiently and accurately.
* Supporting billing and invoicing processes in coordination with our finance team.
* Monitoring inventory levels, identifying shortages, and assisting with stock management.
* Coordinating product returns, repairs, and credits.
* Assisting with inventory management and system maintenance within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
* Collaborating closely with our customer success team to keep clients informed.
Key qualifications for this role include:
* Experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Comfortable using digital tools, such as spreadsheets and Google Sheets.
* Familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
* A team player willing to assist colleagues when needed.
This position requires regular physical activity, including lifting and moving stock (up to 15kg), and prolonged standing. We seek candidates who can safely perform these duties and are comfortable with the physical aspects of the role.
