We are looking for an enthusiasticSales Admin Assistantto support our team in delivering industry-leading aftersales products and services.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our Aftersales operation - following up on open quotations, preparing accurate service proposals and providing administrative support that ensures we exceed customer expectations every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Aftersales and Spares team with administrative and coordination tasks
Follow up on outstanding quotations and help convert them to sales
Prepare professional quotations using ERP/CRM systems
Interpret customer requirements and input data into Dynamics AX or other systems
Create pick & pack lists and assist in logistics coordination
Compile and review technical documentation including MDR and testing reports
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Aftersales function
Assist with month-end project closeouts and invoicing proposals
What We Are Looking For
1–3 years' experience in administration, logistics, or customer service
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience with ERP systems, especially Dynamics AX **** (AX365 desirable)
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
Team player who can also work independently and meet tight deadlines
