At the heart of our multidisciplinary team is an Occupational Therapist who will play a pivotal role in supporting NDIS participants living in the Wollongong & Nowra region.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage Caseload and Deliver Services: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services to meet the unique needs of each participant.
* Assess and Develop Treatment Plans: You will assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments, and develop treatment plans to help them enhance their quality of life.
* Mentor and Supervise Colleagues: As an experienced Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to mentor and supervise early career clinicians, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Requirements and Qualifications
* AHPRA Registration: Be currently registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Excellent Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills to effectively manage a varied caseload.
* Mentoring and Supervising Experience: Showcase experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists, with a genuine passion for developing others.
