Administrative Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Manage scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements for meetings and events

* Provide secretariat support for key meetings, including minute-taking and agenda preparation
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Organisational skills and time management to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
* Discretion and professionalism to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare professional correspondence and reports
* Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools
* Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, using sound judgement to resolve challenges independently
