Job Description
* We are looking for an all-round Systems Engineer that has experience and interest in a large variety of software and infrastructure solutions.
* Configure and integrate the system with customer's existing systems, applications and infrastructure.
* Perform both back-end and front-end deployments, monitoring and troubleshooting.
* Optimize performance and scalability of large platforms, and be able to create future optimization plans.
* Travel domestic and abroad to customer premises for up to a quarter of the time.
* Contribute feedback to developers and team members to continuously improve the quality standards.
* Provide remote and on-site training for Kaltura customers.
Qualifications
* Managed and deployed large scale High-Available LAMP stacks in production environments
* Experience with networks technology such as load balancers, application accelerators, security devices, VPN etc.
* Have used orchestration, automation and scripting tools such as Ansible, Bash, Puppet, Jenkins and Travis
* Are comfortable working in a customer facing role including interacting with different roles and people in a variety of topics
