* Formulate and implement channel strategies, including product assortment, pricing, and promotional planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead quarterly business reviews, negotiate terms, and secure opportunities for enhanced placement and visibility.
Conduct regular account representation duties to ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints.
Create comprehensive training materials, SOPs, product guides, and performance tracking systems.
Provide in-store coaching and support field sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
