Job Overview
This is a key role within our organization's infrastructure team, responsible for delivering managed services and technical support for cloud and datacentre technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service to multiple enterprise customers across various technologies including VMWare, Microsoft, Cisco, and Public Cloud.
* Assist users with access and security management, owning the administration and management of user access domains and groups.
* Identify and remediate vulnerabilities within defined SLAs across multiple platforms and vendors.
* Monitor, diagnose, and solve performance issues that are or have the potential to be service impacting.
* Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management.
* Contribute to supporting cutting-edge cloud-hosted and on-premises technologies, including Hypervisor Virtualisation, VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS servers, Linux Server Administration, Windows Server Admin, Backup and Storage Platforms, and Security and Protection applications.
