About The Position
You will be a vital member of our team, providing agronomic advice and support to clients across the Darling Downs and Western Downs region.
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role focused on supporting grower success and sustainable, profitable outcomes. You'll work both in the field and in-store—supporting clients with planning, input selection, and new technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong, service-based relationships with broadacre cropping clients
* Provide tailored agronomic advice across chemical, fertiliser, seed and soil health
* Conduct in-field assessments and deliver crop monitoring and planning services
* Develop seasonal programs and input plans to support on-farm success
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services
* Stay informed on local agronomic trends, R&D, and emerging technologies
About Your Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in agricultural science or a related field
* Practical experience in broadacre/ horticulture/ viticulture agronomy, agricultural product sales, or crop consulting
* Strong technical knowledge of cropping systems and sustainable input planning
* Sound use of digital farm management systems for planning and recording recommendations
* Current driver's licence and the ability to work independently in the field
* Passion for Australian agriculture and a proactive approach to building client relationships
