Your role
Information Technology Services (ITS) at Anglicare Victoria (AV) provides a range of professional and technical services that sets the technology roadmap for the investment and deployment of longer-term strategic platforms, whilst providing operational services across all interconnecting technologies.
Working across the wider organisation, ITS ensures the provision of technology offerings that enable delivery of services and support across the organisation, ensuring all interconnected technologies across the production environments and data held within are highly secure environment mitigating the risk of a cybersecurity breach. The team also provides business as usual support in the fulfilment of all technical support and request services for all end user computing devices
Make Your Mark
Your experience will include:
* Advanced skills across Microsoft 365 services
* Strong understanding of core protocols and concepts (DHCP, DNS, VLAN, Subnet)
* Experience with enterprise-grade XDR/EDR platforms, including threat detection and response
* Endpoint management across Windows, macOS and Android using Microsoft Intune
* Build, maintain Standard Operating Environment and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot workflows
* Strong understanding in configuring and troubleshooting Auto Attendants, Call Queue in Microsoft Teams
* Network infrastructure including switches, SD-WAN and access points
* Experience with PowerApps and Power Automate workflows
* Solid troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to problem solving
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working with external service providers and managing competing priorities
