Working closely with the Store Manager, this role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting and developing team members, and maintaining a positive, values-driven store culture. The ideal candidate will bring energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for retail excellence.

* Motivated and developed a customer focused team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
* Ensured a safe and secure workplace for all team members and customers
* Monitored and managed store and individual team KPIs

* Ensured full compliance with all workplace health and safety practices and policies
Experience and Strengths:
* 2-3 years of hands-on retail management experience
* Working with KPIs, budgets, and inventory systems
* Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Enthusiastic about learning and growing professionally
* Automotive industry experience (advantageous, but not essential)
