Job Title: Intensive Family Support Practitioner

This role focuses on providing strengths-based support to families at risk through early intervention and reducing contact with the child protection system.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Social Work or related field and experience in child protection and youth work, with strong crisis management and risk assessment skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide family centered support to reduce the need for out-of-home care placements;
* Develop and implement strategies to promote positive outcomes for children and families;
* Liaise with community services and organizations to provide a comprehensive service response;
* Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement case plans that address the complex needs of families;
Skills and Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field;
At least 2 years of experience working in child protection and/or youth work;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
