Project Management Specialist
Our organization is seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of major infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be a key contributor in implementing project management processes, ensuring projects are on track, and providing professional advice to stakeholders.
* Support the coordination and delivery of major infrastructure projects, including the Canning City Centre Urban Regeneration Program, Civic Precinct development, and Rail to River Precinct Project.
* Provide trusted sources of professional advice for stakeholders in coordinating information related to infrastructure projects.
* Manage procurement processes, oversee project contracts, develop communications plans, and assist with council and committee-focused reports.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of practical experience complemented by tertiary qualifications in urban planning, project management, architecture, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to adapt to fluid situations and work autonomously or as part of a team.
