The Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and experienced ICT Solutions Manager to join our expanding team. In this dual-role position, responsibilities are split between 60% new business development and 40% account management. You will work with existing clients to deepen relationships and introduce new offerings, while also proactively prospecting and onboarding new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business through networking, cold calling, and responding to leads.
* Present, promote, and sell Tech Barn's suite of solutions, including:
* Managed IT services (helpdesk, support, monitoring, security)
* Telecommunication products and services as an Optus Business Dealer
* Unified communications, connectivity, and advanced networking solutions
* Manage and grow a client portfolio, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to unique customer needs.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and telecommunications trends.
* Achieve sales and customer service KPIs.
About You:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in ICT or telecommunication sales/account management.
* Proven ability in both acquiring new business and managing existing client accounts.
* Strong understanding of managed IT, telecommunications, and networking solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
* Previous experience as an Optus Business Dealer representative is highly regarded.
