About the Role
As our Distribution Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution processes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating mobile plant equipment, including front-end loaders, skid-steers, and forklift safely.
* Weighbridge operations, loading bulk products into trucks via computerised batching system.
* Provide prompt, courteous and efficient customer service.
* Check incoming goods against orders and moving product to the correct storage bays
* Accurately recording delivery documentation
* Assisting with shipping and receiving activities according to the shipping schedule
* Assisting with the planning, scheduling, and maintenance of plant and equipment (if qualified)
* Champion and adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring safe operating procedures are adhered to.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Good IT and technical skills to learn new systems quickly
* Flexibility with working hours (including very occasional weekends)
* Full Australian working rights
Experience in the following areas is a plus, but not essential:
* Warehouse distribution or logistics experience.
* Experience in operating front-end loaders, skid-steer and forklift
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook & internet)
* Experience with weighbridge operations
* Knowledge of fertiliser products
