Desired Skills and Experience What You'll Do
* Lead and support daily retail operations while helping teams perform at their best
* Deliver positive customer experiences through exceptional service and team leadership
* Support kitchen activities, food preparation, and operational requirements
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety
* Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
* Manage changing priorities and support smooth day-to-day operations
About You
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, food & beverage, or similar environments
* Comfortable working Monday to Sunday across variable shifts and rosters
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable leading, supporting, and motivating teams
* Current Driver's Licence required
* Strong technical skills will be highly regarded
