Senior Trades / Design Salesperson - Fyshwick Location This Australian-owned business is a leader in premium home improvement solutions, specialising in outdoor living spaces that elevate both form and function. The role is a consultative, customer-focused position reporting directly to the Store Manager, ideal for showroom design consultants who thrive on guiding clients through tailored and complete solutions. You'll work closely with customers to understand their lifestyle needs, providing expert advice, and curating outdoor spaces that balance aesthetics with practicality - delivering a seamless and engaging showroom experience from concept through to completion. If you have solid experience working in Building or Trade Sales or Consultative Design roles, are a keen learner and thrive on customer engagement, this is the perfect role and company for you. Your responsibilities will include: Establishing and building strong, lasting relationships with all clientele Sharing your expertise with customers, facilitating a consultative design process Genuine interest and commitment to learning about the vast range of products in store Supporting store operations, compliance with company policies and procedures Achieving individual set sales targets, and both individual and store KPI's Successful applicants will have: Extensive background in Sales, Trade, Building or Consultative Design role Experience and knowledge in the Trade and Home Improvement industry Effective organisational skills when working across all store operations Self motivation and desire to develop knowledge of all store products A respectful, genuine approach when liaising with team and customers A Forklift license (highly regarded) and/or CAD skills (an advantage) You will receive A generous remuneration of up to $75,000 Super Industry leading and structured, ongoing training A rotating roster with every second Saturday off!
