We're expanding our energetic and driven People team and are now searching for a
**Your Opportunity**
The role is required to work 22.5 hours per week, worked either as three, 7.5 hour days or shorter hours across four days. Flexibility is available for working days, though essential work days are Tuesday and Wednesday each week.
You will be an experienced generalist, ideally from growth focused, recruitment and/or health industries. Comfortable with juggling multiple priorities and operating in a fast paced environment, you will be in your element when providing guidance and delivering solutions to benefit of your stakeholders.
The People team encompasses Talent, L&D; and HR, with this role reporting to the Chief People Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute broadly and supercharge your career in an organisation set for ongoing success.
**About You**
Essential to success in this role is solid previous experience (at least 5 years) as an HR Business Partner or Manager, including but not limited to safety, IR/ER (specifically with Award interpretation and investigations experience) and culture/engagement.
You must be capable of flexing between operational tasks such as generating reports, providing advice and preparing reference material, as well as leading the implementation of projects in the People space, with support from the CPO.
Importantly, you will need to possess a pragmatic and solution focused approach, and be able to work at pace.
