The Role: A Geospatial Sales Hunter Focused on High-Value Solutions
As the Senior Sales Consultant, you will be the driving force behind new business acquisition and strategic account expansion, leveraging your deep understanding of the high-end
geospatial technology
market.
Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition:
Directly pursue and secure
new, strategic clients
within the APAC
Geospatial Survey
market.
Account Growth & Cross-Selling:
Systematically expand business within the existing client base and proactively identify opportunities to
cross-sell
the
[Firm's]
broader service lines (mapping, monitoring, and digital solutions).
Technical Authority:
Leverage deep technical proficiency in
Reality Capture technologies
-including
LiDAR, terrestrial/aerial scanning, 3D modeling, and photogrammetry
-to articulate complex value propositions.
Strategic Solutions:
Develop bespoke sales proposals that address critical client challenges in areas like asset management, infrastructure, and construction using the power of
Digital Twins
.
Team Enablement:
Coach and collaborate with Operations Leads/Account Managers to ensure seamless strategy and execution.
Essential Candidate Profile: Geospatial Expertise is Non-Negotiable
You will be a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in the high-technology B2B services sector, with a critical focus on spatial technologies.
Experience:
Substantial, proven sales leadership experience (
8+ years preferred
) in a
'hunter' capacity
within the
Geospatial, Surveying, Reality Capture, or related high-technology B2B services sector
across the APAC region.
Relationships & Network (CRITICAL):
Must possess a deep, established professional network
within the APAC market and a
proven ability to leverage pre-existing relationships
to secure new, large, and long-term contracts.
Technical Fluency:
Must be highly familiar
with
Reality Capture technologies, 3D Scanning, LiDAR, and the value proposition of Digital Twins
and their impact on client operations.
Mindset:
Must possess an aggressive
growth mindset
, demonstrating entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and a consistent track record of
exceeding sales quotas.
