Residential Youth Support Worker - Casual
Outcare is a long‐established and trusted provider of services across Western Australia's justice, child protection and family support systems. As part of the PeopleKind Group, we are supported by the strength and stability of a diverse, reputable network of for‐purpose organisations delivering essential services across disability, housing, allied health, justice and reintegration. This strong foundation allows us to operate with confidence, clarity and a long‐term commitment to the communities we serve.
We work with individuals facing complex and often intergenerational challenges, including mental health issues, family and domestic violence, trauma, vulnerable housing and barriers to community reintegration. Our specialist programs focus on supporting people involved in, or at risk of entering, the justice and child protection systems - whether by addressing underlying factors, diverting individuals from further involvement, or providing targeted assistance during their time within these systems. Our teams are experienced, tightly connected and driven by evidence‐informed, respectful and person‐centred practice.
Outcare is also undertaking an exciting period of organisational transformation through our Outcare 2030 strategy, strengthening our systems, frameworks and service delivery for long‐term sustainability. Joining Outcare means stepping into a meaningful role within a stable and values‐driven organisation, where you'll work alongside skilled professionals who are passionate about achieving positive outcomes for some of Western Australia's most vulnerable people.
Working within a dedicated team, you will contribute to delivering high quality therapeutic care to vulnerable and complex children and young people in a residential setting.
