What You’ll Be Driving
* Lead the technical delivery of water infrastructure projects.
* Shape and deliver innovative technical solutions that exceed client expectations.
* Champion project delivery and design management excellence.
* Play a key role in major pursuits and proposals for the WA water market.
* Identify and assist our Section Executive in business development opportunities.
* Oversee commercial, quality, and WHS outcomes across key projects.
* Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and innovation aligned with WSP values.
* Collaborate across business units to deliver integrated, high-value outcomes.
What You Bring
* Professional Engineering qualification, with 15+ years’ experience, chartered status, and a consultancy background. We are also open to candidates at an Associate level (10+ years).
* Technical expertise across diverse water infrastructure projects.
* Proven leadership in major water projects, including program/panel and project/design management.
* Strong client engagement skills, particularly with Water Corporation, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
* Proven D&C project capabilities and maintain strong contractor relationships.
* Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams, including virtual and remote staff.
* Strong track record in bids, proposals, and strategic business development.
* Skilled in risk management and applying Safety in Design principles.
* Passion for mentoring and building capability within teams.
