About the Role
* Responsible for providing accurate and competitive quotes for construction projects.
* Build and pursue new business opportunities and develop new markets.
* Networking is a huge part of the role, connecting with Contractors, Architects, Facility Managers, Property Managers, Strata Managers and Government bodies.
* Working closely with clients, Engineers, and subcontractors, you will analyse project specifications, conduct cost analysis, and prepare detailed Quotations and estimates.
* Meeting and exceeding KPI's and quartely target.
Skills & Experience
* Sales hunter mentality is a MUST
* Previous experience as a B2B Sales Representative within the construction industry
* Carpenter by trade or knowledge in the industry is advantageous
* Strong technical knowledge of building materials, methods and processes
* Strong at building relationships with excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Estimating software experience
* Can work autonomously and generate new leads to achieve sales targets
* A valid driver's license
