St Nicholas Early Education is seeking passionate, dedicated, and experienced leaders to join our leadership team at our brand current centre in Forster, NSW. We are looking for an Assistant Director, Educational Leader, and Early Childhood Teachers to make a difference in our community. As part of our growing network, you’ll play a key role in shaping engaging learning experiences for children, supporting the professional growth of educators, and contributing to our culture of high quality in early education and care.
About the Roles
Assistant Director
Support the Centre Director in leading daily operations and ensuring exceptional outcomes for children and families. Mentor educators, manage compliance and administration, and step into leadership of the service when required.
Educational Leader
Inspire and guide our team of educators to deliver best‑practice programs and pedagogy. Work collaboratively to develop innovative, reflective, and inclusive learning environments for all children.
Early Childhood Teacher
Deliver high‑quality educational programs that nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Work with the Educational Leader and team to design engaging, play‑based learning experiences.
Experience / Criteria
- Demonstrated understanding of NQF, EYLF & child protection requirements
- Proven ability to mentor, support, and motivate educators
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience leading curriculum and pedagogical practice
Qualifications
- Diploma in Children’s Services or Degree in Early Childhood Teaching as identified by Australian Children’s Education and Care Authority
- Working With Children Check verification number
- Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
- DEC approved child protection training certificate
