The Role
Join our passionate team as we continue to expand our 24‐hour Emergency department at Southpaws Malvern. We know that emergencies don't follow a schedule — and that's why we're looking for skilled Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) Nurses to join our dynamic and passionate team.
This role is based at our Malvern hospital, where you'll work alongside industry experts and collaborate closely with our Specialist‐led Surgery and Anaesthesia departments.
You'll work a rotating roster that includes day shifts, night shifts, swing shifts, and a 1‐in‐3 weekend rotation, with rosters designed to support a positive work‐life balance.
Our hospital operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, giving our ECC team the opportunity to make a meaningful difference during the most critical moments in a pet's life.
The Ideal Candidate
Certificate IV or equivalent qualification with ideally 2‐3 years of experience.
A professional and positive demeanour.
Ability to work efficiently with initiative in a fast‐paced environment, both in a team and autonomously.
Willingness to learn, develop skills and experience.
Tackles each day with curiosity and has the patients best interest in mind.
Takes their job seriously but does not take themselves too seriously.
