Key Responsibilities
* Contribute effectively to the University's strategic objectives and operational responsibilities.
* Undertake scholarly teaching of a high quality across undergraduate and postgraduate coursework.
* Make a sustained contribution in the teaching of contemporary nursing curricula, including unit coordination, curriculum development, evaluation, and technology integration.
* Undertake collaborative research and/or scholarly contributions as relevant for qualifications and performance expectations.
* Contribute to productive teams and partnerships inside the University and locally and nationally with the discipline, profession, industry, and wider community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
* Experience in university-level teaching and learning, including undergraduate programs using contemporary practices.
* Evidence of evidence-based practice capability demonstrated by qualifications, publications, or direct experience in research projects.
* Demonstrated experience in nursing practice, including recency and specialty areas.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a record of contributing effectively to partnerships with the discipline, profession, industry, and wider community.
Benefits
The appointment will be at Academic Level B with a total remuneration package comprising base salary within the range of $114,766 to $133,235 plus 17% superannuation.
