**The Company**
Our client is a successful mid-tier accounting practice located near St Kilda Road. They are looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist/Administrator to be the face of the business.
**Your duties may include**:
- Management of busy switch board including answering calls in a timely manner and forwarding messages accurately and efficiently
- Co-ordinate all incoming and outgoing mail, parcel deliveries and courier services
- Calendar management
- Meeting and greeting clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
- Maintain meeting boardrooms
- Organising catering
- Mentoring junior receptionist team members
**About You**
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly with Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with MYOH Accountants Enterprise and Automate would be highly desirable
- ATO Correspondence and MYOB data entry
- Ability to problem solve quickly
