Your new opportunity
We have a vacancy with our Residential team based in Mackay, QLD. We are seeking motivated individuals who have either recently completed a Degree in Business (Property) or are near completion. If you’re looking to begin your career in the property valuation sector, this is the position for you!
This role will assist qualified valuers with a variety of tasks including field experience, assistance with valuation reports, providing excellent back-end support, client services, and general office administration.
Opteon offers career development opportunities for candidates with the right attitude and skills and will prepare you to become a Registered and/or Certified Property Valuer.

We are seeking bright, motivated and articulate candidates who are looking to establish a career with our business. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Near completion or recently completed Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent
- Genuine interest in customer service and property valuations
- Confident verbal and written communication and report writing skills
- Experience in multitasking and prioritising workloads in high volume environments
- Proficiency and comfort with using Microsoft Office, web-based systems and learning current technology
- A positive and professional manner
- Current Driver’s license
- Candidates with prior experience as a Graduate Valuer or with extensive experience in a property industry related field are strongly encouraged to apply.
