About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and diligent Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to support our finance team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, offering variety and exposure to international operations.
Key Responsibilities
Full payroll management for parent and international subsidiaries (end-to-end)
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing (end-to-end)
Purchase Order management
Bank and debit card reconciliations
Preparation and lodgement of statutory taxes, for parent and international subsidiaries
Month-end reporting
Assist with half-yearly and year-end audit requirements
Provide direct support to the Finance Manager
What We're Looking For
Experience in MYOB is highly regarded
Well-developed time management and organisation skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to operate paperless
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
