About This Role
We're looking for a full-time Senior Construction Estimator / Project Scheduler to manage project programs, planning, and estimation across our expanding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (residential & commercial)
* Coordinate sequencing and lookahead programs with site supervisors
* Monitor progress, forecast delays, and recommend recovery actions
* Perform quantity take-offs using Bluebeam, Beams Build or similar tools
* Assist in cost estimation and tender preparation for upcoming projects
* Track procurement and long-lead material timelines
* Align schedules with contract claims, variations, and reporting milestones
* Help improve and standardize internal scheduling and estimation systems
Requirements:
* 5–10+ years' experience in construction scheduling, planning, or estimating
* Background in both residential and commercial building environments
* Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Bluebeam (or similar)
* Familiar with Beams Build (bonus, not essential)
* Strong understanding of WA construction processes and sequencing
* Excellent communication, time management, and coordination skills
