Key Responsibilities
* Deliver projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, construction and handover.
* Oversee contracts, variations, cost management and risk control.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
* Monitor project progress and provide clear, timely reporting to the Operations Manager.
* Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and regulatory standards across all projects.
* Conduct site visits across ACT & NSW to support delivery, manage issues and engage stakeholders.
* Mentor junior engineers and site staff, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
* 5+ years' experience delivering construction, civil or fit-out/refurbishment projects.
* Strong contract administration, programming and cost control skills.
* Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
* Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across ACT & NSW.
