Experience Required: minimum 1 year in a relevant role
Responsibilities
* Preparing and cooking food.
* Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
* Discussing food preparation issues with managers and wait staff.
* Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.
* Freezing and preserving foods.
