Due to growth at our established operation in TAS, Rokeby, we have an exciting opportunity within our Customer Service team.
About the Role:
As our Customer Service Officer, you will utilise your enthusiasm and expertise in customer service to provide exceptional service to our valued customers and business.
This position is required Monday to Friday on site.
· Exceptional customer service and liaison
· High volume data entry of customer orders
· Assisting with quoting, conversion, filing and archiving
· General administrative support for the business
About You:
· Demonstrated experience within a similar position
· Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to apply conflict resolution skills to diffuse situations
· Enthusiasm to genuinely satisfy customers’ requirements, above and beyond the call of duty
· A team player who enjoys working well with others
· Demonstrated strong administrative skills including accurate data entry, word processing, filing and spreadsheets
· High level of self-awareness and professional presentation
· Able to work to demanding deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
· Numerical competence
· Experience in the glass industry or equivalent would be preferred, but is not essential
