The role of Client Delivery Executive is a key position in the organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless execution of services.
This individual will be the trusted partner to a large government-managed service model, with the opportunity to shape outcomes, challenge the status quo, and lead with confidence.
Key responsibilities include owning the relationship with clients, driving continuous improvement, delivering excellence, leading with impact, expanding possibilities, elevating service management maturity, making workflows work, and bringing ownership to ad hoc requests.
* Owning the Relationship: Ensure smooth service delivery, proactive communication, and strong executive engagement with clients.
* Driving Continuous Improvement: Lead experimentation and process enhancements to ensure agility in service execution and strategic problem-solving.
* Delivering Excellence: Maintain rigorous adherence to SLAs, financial targets, and operational quality while optimizing workflows.
* Leading with Impact: Guide a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and success.
* Expanding Possibilities: Identify and explore new growth opportunities to position the organization as a future-ready partner.
* Elevating Service Management Maturity: Push boundaries in service management practices to meet changing demands.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess Australian citizenship, NV2 security clearance, executive presence, strong communication skills, agile thinking, industry knowledge, financial acumen, and an ownership mentality. A bachelor's degree in a business or IT discipline or equivalent experience/skills is also required.
Flexibility to travel as needed is a must.
